Galt Nursery Folding Trampoline for Toddlers and Kids
** Original Galt Branded Trampoline

A nursery junior trampoline with an easy grip handle, to encourage children to exercise and keep fit. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, the Galt folding trampoline has a tough weatherproof mat and tublar steel frame with a durable coated finish. The Galt folding trampoline is great for developing gross motor skills. For extra safety of the Galt mini trampoline, the padded cover around the mat cushions the frame and prevents children from stepping through the bungee cord.

The folding trampoline is designed to help kids and toddlers involve in the physical “jumping” activity. Kids naturally enjoy jumping, and having them jump on the trampoline is much better than jumping on the sofa for a bed. The ASTM Safety approved nursery folding trampoline is safe, easy to assemble and help kids engage in activity. This folding trampoline is also great for special needs children.

Galt has been around for nearly 175 years, and during that time they learned to develop a few toys. Galt Folding Trampoline is one of the most successful toy developed by Galt, and its demand is still strong even after many years of its debut. As the toddler’s trampolines become popular, many toy manufacturers from the overseas developed cheaper alternatives. Galt Folding Trampoline is one of the most popular toddler trampoline that exists today.

Galt folding trampoline is very well designed, and very stable when assembled. A couple of enhancements that may be due includes (1) making it easier to assemble, and (2) make the bungee cord last longer or eliminate the bungee cord. Typical lifetime of bungee cord is about 6 months to a year depending on frequency of trampoline use. Giddy Up, a division of Elmers Products, who distributes Galt Folding Trampoline is pretty good about replacing broken bungee cord. Bungee cords have a 1-year replacement warranty, so if it ever breaks within the warranty period don’t hesitate to call the merchant or the manufacturer (Giddy Up).

    Background

There are variety of sizes and shapes of trampolines exist today from the smaller, personal excercise type that are used in homes to the large outdoor variety types. With popularity of trampolines, trampoline gymnastics became an official Olympics Games in 2000. On a modern trampoline sports, a skilled athelete can bounce up to 10 meters high performing multiple somersaults and twists. With increased popularity of trampoline sports, children and teens may imitate atheletes without proper skills and without adult supervision which results in serious injuries.

Great for helping young ones learn their balance and love that it can be used indoors when the weather does not permit outdoor activities. Wears out the little ones so they can have nice long naps! :)

It looks like it would be loads of fun for active kids and ones that are not it can help them get active. I think it would be great to keep the kids in shape instead of playing hand held games etc.

It would be a great outside toy for the kids to have fun on OR it would be great to have inside to = that way if they want to watch cartoons – they could jump and watch tv too. Plus they could exercise on it while their parents do their exercise on a treadmill etc. It all depends on what you are looking for inside or outside fun for the kids= let them choose !!
As you can tell by my comment – I do not have one BUT I hope to win it for my 4 yr old daughter. Thank you for the chance to enter this contest.
(comment from the 4 yr old daughter – I love jumping , playing and spinning.)

We got this trampoline for our 2 1/2 year old boy and 15 month old girl for Christmas. They both love it! It’s been especially great this winter since we’ve gotten so much snow where we live (MA). It gives them a way to get some energy out on the days when we’re stuck inside. We’ve found this trampoline to be sturdy and fun!

We bought this trampoline for our preschool class at church (the Backyard Buddies). The kids and teachers love it!!! It provides an excellent way to get rid
of the wiggles before storytime and the kids line-up for it week after week!
I also purchased one for my granddaughter for her birthday! Super fun and safe!!!

I have the trampoline for one year. The children had a lot of fun, but now two of the screws are lost and possible something else is missing because one of the sides is separate in two. I try another screws but not work. What can I do.

If you purchase the item more than a year ago, chances are that your trampoline no longer carries warranty from the manufacturer. You may want to contact the merchant where you initially bought your trampoline to see if they cover the unit under warranty. If not, you may have to purchase the replacement part(s).
